Description
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows Support implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions across procurement and logistics domains Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation Participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business challenges Create documentation such as process maps, use cases, and functional specifications Assist in issue resolution and production support activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and system integrators Maintain high attention to detail in data analysis and documentation Total Rewards: Salary Range: $ 76,000 - $ 95,000 Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or supply chain-related roles Foundational understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Familiarity with procurement, inventory, or logistics processes Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools 1-2 years' experience in SAP MM, WM/EWM, or logistics modules Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes Familiarity with Agile methodologies Exposure to SAP Fiori or SAP Ariba Relevant internship or coursework in ERP or supply chain Attention to detail Ability to learn quickly Problem-solving mindset
