Work as a Concierge Security Officer for Titan Security Group in downtown Chicago, providing excellent customer service while maintaining security protocols. Your responsibilities include assisting visitors with directions and information, maintaining administrative logs, controlling access for tenants and visitors, monitoring security cameras, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents including emergencies. The role requires strong customer service skills, comfort around pets, and the ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50+ lbs and completing foot patrols. You must be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, obtain and maintain a valid Illinois PERC card, and pass drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities of Concierge Security Officers include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
- Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
- Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
- Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
- Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications of Concierge Security Officers:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
- Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
Preferred Qualifications of Concierge Security Officers:
- Bi-lingual considered a plus.
- Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
Pay and Benefits of Concierge Security Officers:
- Positions starting between $19.50 - $21.35 / hour depending on experience, location and position
