Level 4 will lead technical development and delivery at Team level. Will operate as Individual Contributors, who are specialists in particular technology areas and will be narrower and have deeper focus. Capable of accurate effort estimate for any change. At this level, typically; will be doing code reviews and mentoring junior team members and able to work unsupervised and lead on smaller engineering focused initiative.Job Description
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with minimal supervision, participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve quality and share insights.
- Participate in team meetings and input into project discussions.
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand requirements, resolve defects, and support the smooth operation of deployed software.
- Assist in the maintenance and support of existing software applications. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. Help ensure the smooth operation of deployed software.
- Promote application custodianship by participating in incident root-cause analysis and driving improvements in security, maintenance, and resilience.
