Description
The Contractors will be required to:
Conduct detailed review of voluminous and complex requests under the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.
Provide recommendations and advice regarding the exemption or exclusion of sensitive information.
Conduct and coordinate consultations with other federal departments, agencies, other levels of government and third parties.
Prepare section 69 schedules for complex requests
Prepare the files for final approval by ECCC delegated authorities
Liaise with the offices of the Information and Privacy Commissioners of Canada in the resolution of complaints.
Communicate directly with requesters to provide them with updates on their files and answer any questions that may arise during the processing of requests.

The Bidder must demonstrate, through a curriculum vitae (CV) that the two proposed resources have acquired EACH a minimum of four (4) years experience within the past 10 years prior the solicitation closing date using ATIP software AccessPro Case Management or /AccessPro Redaction, other software are acceptable. |
