What you'll do here:
Provide marketing support for Digital Marketing Managers
Work collaboratively with copywriting team and designers to fulfill requirements of incoming Marketing Work Orders
Planning, tracking, and facilitating the completion of projects, campaigns, and initiatives
Provide campaign reporting and optimizations for campaigns
Testing and proofreading all assets—such as emails, landing pages, social media posts, and more
Skills you will need here:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Foundational understanding of marketing metrics and terminology (e.g., KPIs, click-through rate, reach, ROAS)
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365), including Excel
Comfortable working across both PC and Mac environments
Preferred:
2–3 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or communications support role
Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and campaign execution
Experience conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking within an industry
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Basic understanding of SEO principles and research tools
Knowledge of government education funding programs (e.g., WIOA)
Spanish language proficiency is a plus

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
