As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure flawless execution of cementing operations by coordinating job planning, execution, and closeout activities. You will work seamlessly with customers, field personnel, engineering teams, and supporting functions to ensure all operational requirements are understood and delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual obligations.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Protecting the health and safety of personnel and the environment.
• Conducting all activities in line with company non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
• Ensuring assigned contracts and quotations are fully understood and executed accordingly.
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities across organizational boundaries.
• Planning and preparing detailed well-specific cementing programs, including equipment specifications, simulations, and laboratory testing requirements.
• Identifying and driving continual improvement opportunities.
• Scheduling and dispatching resources, including equipment, bulk materials, chemicals, and personnel requirements.
• Serving as the primary customer contact for job preparation, execution, and closeout activities.
• Managing customer relationships to ensure business success and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting escalation management and ensuring appropriate processes are followed when operational risks arise.
• Promptly escalating issues that may impact service delivery.
• Ensuring invoicing is aligned with contractual requirements, preventing revenue leakage, and supporting timely cash collection.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline from an accredited university.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in service delivery planning, operations coordination, or cementing-related activities.
• Have experience in cementing engineering, operational planning, and execution support.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have excellent leadership, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different functions and cultures.
• Be available to work in Benghazi.
• Be authorized to work in Libya without company sponsorship or legal restrictions.
