Overview

Boardwalk Honda is part of Group 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 company and one of the fastest-growing leaders in automotive retail. We are seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional customer experience, build lasting customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of sales experience in the Automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and a good driving record.

Compensation: The range in yearly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $60,000-$100,000/year.
