French-speaking Customer Advisor – Car Leasing – Porto

Location: Porto (Vila Nova de Gaia), Portugal (on-site)
Language: French (native/C1)
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 17:00 (rotating shifts)
Salary: attractive package including 13th and 14th month salaries paid monthly, meal allowance and health insurance

About the role
Join the customer service team of a leading international vehicle leasing company. You will be the main point of contact for drivers throughout their leasing contract, making sure their everyday mobility runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Answer drivers' questions about their contract and vehicle
• Follow procedures for maintenance, repairs, assistance, fuel cards and vehicle returns
• Support customers with insurance claims and coordinate with garages and claims handlers
• Provide clear, friendly and professional service by phone and email

Requirements

• French at native or C1 level
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Availability for a full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Experience in customer service, leasing or the automotive sector is a plus
