The Role:

Fullscript is how thousands of healthcare providers deliver better care to their patients, and paid digital is one of our biggest growth levers. As Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll oversee paid strategy across search, social, and programmatic, manage a large budget, and have a dedicated experimentation budget to find the channels and tactics that will drive our next stage of growth. You’ll work with a high-performing agency and a small in-house team, with the autonomy to shape how Fullscript reaches new providers online.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven and strategic marketing leader who can balance hands-on campaign management with long-term strategic vision. You will shape Fullscript’s paid digital approach, mentor a growing team, and continuously evolve how Fullscript connects with healthcare providers online.
