About the Role
We are looking for a proactive professional to drive fundraising and build partnerships with corporates, foundations, and institutional stakeholders to support education and social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities across CSR, grants, and institutional funding.
- Build relationships with corporates, foundations, and other potential funding partners.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective and existing partners.
- Identify and respond to relevant funding opportunities and government tenders.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
- Manage partner relationships and ensure timely reporting and communication.
- Represent the organisation at relevant meetings, events, and conferences.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development, or institutional funding.
- Proven track record of independently raising ₹2 crore or more annually.
- Strong communication, proposal-writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach to work.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Interest in education and social impact.
