Description
Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager
Location: Calabarzon
Work Setup: Onsite

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Lead IT projects involving global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, and budgets.

Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, in accordance with established IT Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies and standards.

Develop, maintain, and organize project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, organizational charts, change requests, and project closure reports.

Coordinate cross-functional resources and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, external partners, and other stakeholders.

Establish and implement project communication plans to ensure timely updates on project status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key developments.

Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruptions and maintain delivery schedules.

Manage project changes and ensure all adjustments comply with project-level, departmental, and organizational policies and requirements.

Plan and facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes and action items, and maintaining meeting records to support accountability and progress tracking.

Monitor project performance, identify process inefficiencies, and implement improvements to reduce rework and optimize delivery outcomes.

Develop and maintain post-Go-Live support plans in coordination with project teams to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing operations.

Drive moderately to highly complex IT initiatives that support strategic business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and return on investment.

Implement change management activities to ensure stakeholders and project teams are informed, trained, and prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-
3–5 years of experience managing multiple IT projects, ranging from small-scale initiatives to complex projects involving system implementations and business process changes.

Proven experience leading moderately to highly complex projects, including initiatives involving confidential information and enterprise-level visibility.

Strong project planning, coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
-
Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities, including experience delivering project updates and presentations to executives.

Experience collaborating with global teams and managing project activities across multiple time zones.
-
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

Strong understanding of project meeting preparation, facilitation, documentation, and follow-through.
-
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across departments and organizational levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including evaluating project data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Experience developing and executing change management strategies to support stakeholder readiness, user training, and the adoption of new systems and processes.
