Area Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Lincoln
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE + Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Manager to join a growing care provider and take responsibility for the operational performance and development of services across Lincoln area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care leader who can provide strong operational oversight, develop and support branch teams, and drive high standards of quality, compliance, and service delivery.
The successful candidate will be commercially aware, people-focused, and confident working across multiple areas of the business to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across care services within the Lincoln area
- Support, coach, and develop Registered Managers and branch management teams
- Drive high standards of care, quality, and customer experience
- Ensure services remain compliant with CQC and relevant regulatory requirements
- Monitor operational performance, KPIs, staffing, and service delivery
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the area
- Support the mobilisation and development of new services
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and key stakeholders
- Oversee safeguarding, complaints, incidents, and risk management
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and support business growth
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver wider organisational objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, or similar senior care leader
- Strong background within domiciliary or community care
- Experience overseeing multiple services or branches
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care quality standards
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of operational performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the area
