Service Delivery Coordinator

Partner with the best As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through the effective coordination and execution of service activities. You will serve as the primary customer contact throughout the job lifecycle, ensuring that contracts, quotations, schedules, resources, and service delivery requirements are effectively managed. In this role, you will work across organizational boundaries to coordinate job preparation, execution, and close-out activities while fostering strong customer relationships and supporting business success.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Protecting the health and safety of personnel and the environment.
• Conducting all activities in alignment with Baker Hughes non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
• Ensuring assigned contracts and quotations are fully understood and maximized to support business objectives.
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in Manage the Job Cycle (MTJC) across organizational boundaries.
• Managing the scheduling and dispatching of resources in accordance with job requirements.
• Serving as the primary customer contact for job preparation, execution, and close-out activities.
• Managing customer relationships to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining familiarity with assigned customer Management of Change (MOC) and escalation processes.
• Ensuring proper escalation procedures are followed whenever there is a risk of not achieving customer objectives.
• Promptly escalating issues that may impact service delivery performance.
• Coordinating operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service execution.
• Ensuring invoices are aligned with contractual agreements and quotations.
• Preventing revenue leakage through accurate documentation and billing practices.
• Supporting timely collection of cash and contract performance requirements.
• Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve successful service outcomes.
