A strong emphasis is placed on developing independence, personal growth and preparing young people for adulthood. The environment is calm, nurturing and inclusive, with values focused on respect, encouragement, care, achievement and enjoyment. Recent inspection findings highlighted the school's positive culture, personalised learning approaches, effective behaviour support and commitment to staff development and wellbeing.
