Marsh is seeking candidates for the "Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst" for Marsh Compensation Consulting Department based in the Athens office.

We will count on you to:

• Be the main point of contact for some small client relationships
• Support analysis and client delivery in multiple Career Practices for new or complex projects
• Manage small-scale projects within a designated Career Practice, delivering high-quality, client-ready outputs with minimal revisions required.
• Draft and prepare client contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Respond to client requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Understand the broader context of a client’s situation and how it links to other people initiatives
• Contribute to business development for small, standard opportunities
• Create technical input for high profile, complex proposals as requested

What you need to have: 

• 2 years of working experience in consultancy in Human Resources or as internal Payroll or Compensation and Benefits professional.
• Strong domain knowledge, and client management experience in human resource consulting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.

What makes you stand out:

• Proficient in both Greek and English
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously on a variable schedule based on project demand and link challenges to broader business or industry context
• An active listener -- giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and asking questions as appropriate
