Automotive Service Advisor

Rare opportunity! An independently owned auto repair shop in Antioch, D&K Automotive Repair is seeking a people-oriented, motivated, honest, and dependable person to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. We pay our rockstar Service Advisor $60k - $100k per year.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and running a clean and green business. We are constantly improving our customer service skills and continue to grow as a business.

 

Skills we need from you:

• Ability to provide top-level customer service
• Be outgoing with exceptional people and sales skills
• Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations
• Must possess good multi-tasking skills
• Provide customers with professional diagnostics, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
• Have a good working knowledge of computers and automotive software (All Data, Identifix, knowledge is a plus but not necessary)
• Must have a valid California state driver's license and a clean driving record
• We are a drug and tobacco-free shop

We are willing to train the right person to become a Service Advisor if you possess any of the above skill sets.
