Master Data and Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Master Data and Project Coordinator to join our team in Havant.

Join our Operations team as a Master Data and Project Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring day to day operations run smoothly by coordinating activities, maintaining accurate information and supporting effective collaboration across teams.

Through effective management of engineering and production data, coordinating engineering changes and supporting manufacturing readiness you will enable our teams to focus on what matters most: better health for more people.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

• Create, extend and maintain SAP master data records, including material and part numbers, while ensuring data integrity, governance compliance and the accurate processing of changes through SAP Fiori
• Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring changes are accurately reflected in SAP and manage drawing releases, transmittals and engineering documentation updates using Solid Edge
• Create and maintain production Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production orders in SAP, supporting manufacturing readiness for new product introductions
• Coordinate new part costing with Finance and maintain accurate production structures to support reliable standard costs and product costing
• Investigate and resolve SAP transactional issues, including COGI errors, support consumption reconciliation, update purchase order documentation and maintain system accuracy across relevant modules
• Produce operational KPIs and management reports, monitor workloads, backlogs and process performance and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, root cause investigation and corrective and preventive actions.

What Will Convince Us

• Proven high level administrative experience, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong experience using SAP, ideally including SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and Fiori
• A good understanding of manufacturing or engineering processes, gained within a relevant environment
• Experience in a planning or coordination role would be beneficial, with a highly organised and structured approach
• Practical experience of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within a manufacturing or engineering setting
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across different teams
• Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise workloads effectively when required
