Location: Lancaster, PA (With a stable weekly route split to Bethlehem, PA)
Compensation: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day shift, No Weekends, Home Every Night!) 

Garden State Tile is seeking a professional, customer-focused CDL Class B Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team. Operating out of our state-of-the-art, 9,000 sq. ft. wireless distribution facility in Lancaster, County, you will be the face of our company—safely delivering premium ceramic, porcelain, glass, and stone products directly to our regional dealers, architects, and job sites. 

Route Logistics & Schedule

Enjoy a predictable routine with fixed daytime hours and guaranteed weekends off:

• Home Base: Lancaster, PA facility.
• Stable Route Structure: Deliveries originate from our Lancaster facility 3 days a week and from our Bethlehem facility 2 days a week.
• Delivery Territory: Local and regional routes across Pennsylvania (excluding Pittsburgh), Maryland (excluding southern MD/shore points), and the Washington D.C. area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Active and valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Compliance: Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Health Card).
• Service Mindset: Excellent interpersonal and face-to-face customer service skills.
• Capability: Comfort handling physical freight safely alongside warehouse machinery.

 Key Responsibilities 

• Local Route Execution: Safely navigate and complete daily local routes, handling customer deliveries, job site drop-offs, and vendor pickups efficiently.
• Supported Material Handling: Load and unload your delivery truck utilizing provided material-handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Concierge Customer Service: Provide exceptional face-to-face service during the delivery process, acting as a professional representative of our team and obtaining authorized signatures on Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Cross-Functional Team Support: Safely resolve delivery-day logistical issues as they arise and assist with general warehouse operations alongside a collaborative team.
• Vehicle Safety & Compliance: Maintain driver logs and complete routine daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, immediately communicating any mechanical issues to management.
