Overview
NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join NaphCare’s Talent Acquisition team at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL
This job is not remote and will be based out of the Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates across multiple platforms, including hard-to-fill positions and HireEZ sourcing campaigns, helping manage the iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS), and maintaining job postings on external job boards and college sites. This role also leads career fair and school outreach efforts, researches and coordinates conference attendance, and assists recruiters with phone screens as needed. This role plays a key part in keeping the recruiting pipeline organized, the ATS clean and accurate, and the organization's sourcing channels active and up to date.
Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
- Assist Talent Acquisition by sourcing candidates when requested, using various sourcing software and services (e.g., HireEZ, Take2, Indeed)
iCIMS ATS Support
- Help manage the iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Manage user accounts, including adding and removing users
- Process password resets for candidates
- Maintain the job template library
- Assist Talent Acquisition with:
- Keeping job folders clean and updated by ensuring requisitions are ‘foldered’ correctly throughout the hiring process
- Ensuring candidates are dispositioned properly
- Merging duplicate candidate profiles
- Source candidates for hard-to-fill positions, using more targeted or creative sourcing strategies as needed
- Build, manage, and execute HireEZ sourcing campaigns to develop and maintain candidate pipelines
Job Posting Management
- Manage job postings on other websites, including college job boards and general job boards
Career Fair & School Outreach
- Assist with identifying and registering for career fairs
- Conduct outreach to schools and educational institutions to build and maintain talent pipelines
- Research and identify conferences relevant to Talent Acquisition and recommend which the organization should attend
- Coordinate site registration and sign-up for selected conferences and events
Interview Support
- Assist recruiters with conducting phone screens as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition support role
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., HireEZ, Take2, Indeed) preferred
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS); iCIMS experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office required, experience using Smartsheet's is a plus.
- Ability to learn new sourcing software systems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Working Conditions
- Minimal travel required; occasional travel to career fairs and other recruiting events as needed
- Hybrid work arrangement — able to work from the office or remotely, with a primary expectation of in-office work
