Description
What success looks like in this role:
Leads and facilitates the efforts of subordinate managers and professional staff members.
Oversees the full range of client service delivery activity, including:
- Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration, and Service Level Management,
- Continuous Service Improvement,
- Day-to-day client contact and interaction,
- Ongoing client service reviews,
- Issue identification and resolution,
- Engagement between Service Management, Account Management, and internal functional teams, and
- Documentation and reporting.
Drives service level improvement / coordination with cross-functional teams.
Accountable for account expansion and delivery within assigned client base.
Resolves escalated problems / projects / issues to maintain strong client retention levels.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
