It's an opportunity to work within a vibrant team atmosphere where every day is a chance to learn something new while contributing positively to the company’s reputation and growth.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, or in person.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.Respond effectively to customer complaints, issuing refunds or adjustments as needed.Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers accurately and based on company protocols.Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help implement improvements company-wide.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Stay updated on product information and company policies to handle customer questions and issues effectively.Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.Handle changes in policies or renewals.RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age.High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Maintain a professional appearance and a courteous manner at all times.Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to the non-remote nature of the job.Ability to address and escalate customer needs effectively.Attention to detail and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
