Overview
As a Solutions Engineer at Siena, you'll be the second SE on a small, high-output GTM team, owning the technical aspects of deals end-to-end. Your responsibilities include conducting technical demos, scoping integrations, leading proof-of-concept trials, and providing technical validation for deals. You'll build and test integrations yourself, write statements of work, run live trials with customer data, and serve as the credible technical voice in customer meetings. You'll collaborate closely with Account Executives on commercial strategy, with Engineering and Product on feasibility and roadmap, and with the Deployment/CS team on pilot execution. This is a fully remote position with flexibility on location, though you'll need to overlap with EST hours and occasionally travel to NYC for in-person collaboration.
