Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain a safe environment for customers and employees.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or security concerns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of retail management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to meet sales and operational goals.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Multi-unit retail experience is a plus.
