As a Sales Development Representative at Wing, you'll conduct outbound sales outreach to potential healthcare customers via calls, emails, and follow-ups. Your responsibilities include managing a CRM tool to track leads, nurturing and converting leads into sales through consistent communication, and ensuring effective pipeline management. You'll need 2-5 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in pharmaceutical or dental fields, with proven experience in cold calling and CRM management. The role requires technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, dialer systems (RingCentral/AirCall/Bling/OpenPhone), and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive/Zoho).
