40Summary:
The Executive Secretary will assist the physician staff and clinic management team in activities of a clerical nature. She/he will promote and maintain good customer service within the department and with all personnel of CCHCS. She/he will support the physician staff/clinic management team in an organized and professional manner. This individual shall exhibit resourcefulness, independence and a positive work attitude.
Education & Experience:
High School graduate.
Minimum 3 years' experience in related field.
Office skilled in the area of reception, correspondence, communication and organization.
Computer skilled (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
This position will support multiple provides in the department.
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm (with some flexibility as needed)
