Freelance Project Manager (m/f/d) International Research Projects - remote in Romania

We are looking for a project manager in full-time working in international market research projects.

## Tasks

**Your tasks with us**

• Conception of projects in the field of market research and customer relationship management
• Set-up of survey-based projects (especially Mystery Shopping)
• Controlling of field staff and external
• Quality control of the collected data
• Communication with all stakeholders in the project (suppliers, staff, customer organization)
• Analysis and evaluation of collected data
• Reporting on the survey results to customers
• Development of recommendations for action
• Presentation to the customer

## Requirements

**Qualifications/Experience**

Studies of business administration or equivalent experience in sales/communication and/or project management

**Our requirements for you**

• Successfully completed university studies with an economic or sociological focus or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the field of market research or comparable projects is helpful but not a requirement
• You have a very precise, structured and process-oriented way of working to maintain and improve our high quality standards.
• Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, preferably also PowerPoint.
• Good feeling for language
• Very good spelling skills
• You have a good command of English in speaking and writing.
