We are seeking a Project Management support professional based in Vietnam.
This person will be representing for Publicis Sapient in APAC and responsible for managing relationships with various stakeholders across different Asian countries, ensuring that client expectations are met and coordinating project deliveries.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
Excellent command of the English language
Proven experience in managing CRM projects and website updates
Solid knowledge of the Jira platform
The central execution team for web operations and CRM will be based in Italy and India. All requests related to web updates, CRM activities, DEM campaigns, and other tasks must be submitted to the central team via Jira tickets.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between local clients and the Publicis central team, defining the implementation roadmap and overseeing related deliveries. Any out-of-scope requests should be directed to the central team for assessment.
Please note that this is a half-time role.
