Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration and critical thinking are essential throughout the day to ensure that the organization s goals and technology are effectively synchronized.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business needs and technical requirements.
- Lead the documentation and validation of business processes and workflows to support project objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude to develop innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
