 About This Role
The Human Resources Recruitment Specialist is responsible supporting recruitment process for various roles within the organization, including specialized positions. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates. The Human Resources Recruitment Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and provide a world-class candidate experience.

What you will be doing:

• Recruitment: Support and liaise with hiring managers for the recruitment process, including candidates screening (phone screening, resume screening, etc.), proving shortlist to hiring managers, interview scheduling, and other aspects of the recruitment process, as well as monitoring, and ensuring continuous improvement of process.

• Sourcing: Provide active sourcing, identify and engage passive candidates through various channels.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and external partners to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture to ensure the best fit for the role and an effective recruitment process.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates to support, and delivering a seamless recruitment process.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, and talent market conditions
• Data & Metrics: Maintain hiring records in compliance with internal standards
• Equality, Opportunity & Diversity: Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, ensuring alignment with the company's diversity and equality goals.

What do you bring with you:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on recruiting technical, specialist talent at professional and managerial level. Other recruitment experience in other areas (IT, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance and HR)
• Experience in a high-growth industry is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities. (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Workday a plus!
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent proficiency in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken, is required.
