Who we are looking for
Global Delivery Custody is forming a central support team for the Payments, Cash, and Custody (“PCC”) strategic development program. PCC is a multi-year effort to modernize and simplify State Streets core custody technology platforms. The program is a collaborative approach across Global Delivery, Product, and Technology with integrated planning and decision making. Key outcomes include ensuring STT meets regulatory and market processing requirements, demands of current clients, and creating a world class, competitive Custody product offering The Global Delivery PCC team will work closely with IT and Product to drive the strategy and execution of PCC program components. This team will be responsible for ensuring effective end product design and client migrations.
Role purpose: Support business leadership through disciplined governance, reporting, workforce analytics, financial tracking and coordination of key initiatives.

State Street is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Manager, Officer to provide business management support to leadership within Global Delivery. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across Operations, Technology, Finance, Human Resources and Risk.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare business dashboards, scorecards, presentations and management reports.
Coordinate governance forums, leadership reviews, action logs and follow-up items.
Support workforce planning, headcount reporting and organizational analytics.
Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring and financial reporting.
Coordinate strategic, transformation and process-improvement initiatives.
Support risk, audit and regulatory action tracking and reporting.
Partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, HR and Risk stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in financial services, operations, business management, analytics or project coordination.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear management information.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurately within deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Experience in custody, asset servicing, banking operations or another financial-services environment.
Exposure to workforce reporting, governance, project management or financial analysis.
Working knowledge of Power BI or comparable reporting tools.
Awareness of operational risk and control frameworks.
Success Measures
Timely and accurate management reporting.
Effective coordination of governance and leadership priorities.
Quality of business insights and analysis.
Successful tracking and delivery of agreed initiatives.
Strong stakeholder collaboration and contribution to continuous improvement.
