This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

Job Family Definition:

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses. As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge. Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects. Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers. Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels (or expense relief for internal project teams) and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and by providing technical support for deal proposal development.

Management Level Definition:

Contributes to assignments of limited scope by applying technical concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Responsibilities:

• Support activities related to IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, operating systems, and virtualization.
• Participate in the installation, configuration, documentation, and support of technology environments.
• Develop scripts or small applications to automate operational and technical tasks.
• Participate in Artificial Intelligence-related initiatives.
• Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities to evaluate new technologies and solutions.
• Use APIs and integration tools to connect applications, infrastructure platforms, and AI services.
• Document configurations, procedures, test results, and technical recommendations.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies related to infrastructure, Cloud Computing, automation, and AI.

Education and Experience Required:

• 1 - 3 years of technical experience and an Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree (two year college program) in computer science or related area of study.
• English - Advanced
• Basic Knowledge of One or More Programming Languages
• Python, preferably.
• Java / JavaScript.
• PowerShell or Bash.

• Basic Knowledge of

• Artificial Intelligence.
• AI tools and APIs.
• Python applied to AI and data analysis.
• Good English communication skills.
