Job Description Summary:
Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Department in support of the Quality Manager.
Drive and coordinate quality control activities in production to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise the management of internal and external non-conformities by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
Manage customer complaints and ensure efficient resolution using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, etc.).
Monitor quality performance indicators and lead performance review routines with cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, etc.).
Prepare for and support internal, customer, certification, and corporate audits. Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives and drive cost reduction related to non-quality.
Lead quality training and awareness programs for production teams. Coordinate risk analyses and action plans to improve process robustness.
Serve as a key support in the development, industrialization, and qualification of new products and processes.
Required Profile:
Proficiency in quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (8D, QRQC, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001).
Proven experience in managing internal and external audits.
Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Shainin).
Familiarity with OEM customer requirements (Volkswagen, Stellantis, Renault, etc.).
Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
IT Skills: Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SPC software, and Quality ERP systems.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position, preferably within the automotive industry.
