We are looking for an Engineering Administrator to join our Engineering team at Llanybydder. The main function of the role is to assist the Department with data entry and general administrative duties. You will also work directly with the Engineering Manager and keep up to date the Computerised Maintenance System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

Your Main Duties will include: 

We would love to hear from individuals who are hardworking and enthusiastic. Your duties will include:

• Issue parts to Engineering Team members
• Manage stock levels
• Managing the Store area, keeping it clean and tidy
• Maintain control over tool boxes
• Maintain control of the storage areas (locked, etc)
• Updating the CMMS.
• Data gathering and entry including inputting data.
• Printing out Work Orders.
• Compiling reports.
• Completing a variety of department related paperwork.
• Keeping the Engineering Supervisors up to date with Work Order Progress.
• Filing of paperwork.
• Ordering and storing of spare parts
