The compensation range provided is in compliance with state specific laws.  Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience and other factors.

JOB SUMMARY

The Account Manager is to act as a representative for the Company within an assigned territory, maintaining contacts with established customers. Assists in the profitable marketing of products and services and provide value-added service to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strengthen and build relationships with customers
• Present to large groups and conduct startup meetings with new customers
• Conducts online order entry training (SYGNET) as needed
• Provides services to customers in compliance with their requirements and within the company's capabilities
• Makes personal contact and telephone calls to customers
• Checks on competitive activity and keep management informed
• Maintains good and constant communications with all department heads in regards to customer activities and product information
• Keeps informed on new products and other general information of interest to the customer. i.e. promotions and inventory
• Manage customer concerns within the company and responds to customers with corrective action
• Keeps accurate records and makes reports on all phases of activities
• Enhances sales by ensuring account penetration through customer’s complete participation in full line purchasing
• Maintains a departmental budget
• Proactively monitor service levels of the company through weekly tracking and work with the respective departments to maintain service levels and continued improvement
• Meet with key customers and perform business reviews as needed
• Other duties as assigned
