Description
This is a varied administrative role at the heart of a fast-paced theatre production company. A ‘can do’ attitude, flexibility and discretion are all important attributes. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) is essential.

The Second Assistant will be expected to dress in casual but smart office attire.
To be agreed, as soon as possible.
09:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch, time to be advised. The nature of our business is such that reasonable flexibility of these hours will be expected. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing busy and ever-changing diaries
- Requesting travel fare quotes and creating accurate and often complicated travel itineraries involving both domestic and global travel
- Monitoring emails and correspondence and responding where appropriate.
- Handling confidential information with absolute discretion
- Managing office supplies including stationery, postal needs and refreshments
- Creating, updating and maintaining filing systems, contacts and schedules.
- Booking ground travel and couriers in the UK and abroad
- Coordinating meetings
- Booking restaurants and hotels
- Managing guest lists and assisting in the smooth running of Press Nights and special events as required
- Organising House Seats and hospitality
- Assisting with general office administration and ensuring the smooth running of the Director’s office.
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
