AI Transformation Intern (Distribution Transformation & Supercharged AI Assistant)

As an AI Transformation Intern, you will support the development and rollout of the Supercharged AI Assistant, an AI-powered platform designed to help financial representatives work smarter, make better decisions, and deliver improved customer outcomes.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Generative AI, AI product development, digital transformation, and business innovation within a leading financial services organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Support the design, testing, and enhancement of the Supercharged AI Assistant and related AI-enabled advisor tools.
• Gather user requirements and feedback from advisors, agency leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot programmes, and solution validation activities.
• Research emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and leading practices relevant to financial services distribution.
• Develop demos, presentations, business cases, and communication materials to support stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Help analyse advisor workflows and identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and customer engagement.
• Support project coordination activities across business, technology, and data teams.
• Contribute to responsible AI and governance reviews to ensure solutions remain secure, compliant, and customer-centric.
