Description:
This is a full time, onsite only position providing operational support via data entry, verification and database maintenance.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
9am -5pm EST
Compensation:
$19 - $22 / Hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Generate daily/nightly reports, i.e., analytics and census reports, as needed
- Data entry and database management with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Collect, verify and maintain data from various sources
- Communicate regularly with physicians on accuracy of charge submissions
- Data entry of physician staffing plan and distributing monthly call schedule, as needed
- Regularly monitor the progress of assigned tasks
- Other data operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proficient in database platforms, MS Office, and Adobe
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Experience in working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, business environment
Bonus Skills (not required):
- Data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
- Working knowledge of a variety of EHR systems
- Experience with medical billing and/or coding
Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred
