Director of Revenue

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Revenue to lead the resort's revenue strategy and maximize profitability across all revenue-generating departments.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Commerce and working closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee, the Director of Revenue will drive pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and commercial performance while ensuring alignment with the resort's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize Rooms, Group, and ancillary revenues.
• Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning process.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
• Optimize pricing, inventory controls, distribution channels, and segmentation strategies.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI, and market share.
• Chair weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations teams to drive commercial performance.
• Ensure effective utilization and continuous improvement of revenue management systems and business intelligence tools.
• Support the development of direct booking strategies and digital revenue initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management within luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience in a Director of Revenue or Senior Revenue Management role is preferred.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, yield management, pricing strategy, and hotel distribution.
• Experience with revenue management systems such as IDeaS, Duetto, or equivalent platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and financial acumen with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to transform data into impactful business decisions.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is highly desirable. Arabic is an advantage.
