What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Business Intelligence & Reporting: support the development and enhancement of management dashboards that provide insights into financial and business performance across Global Markets
• Data Integration: assist in consolidating and integrating data from multiple sources to create automated, accurate, and scalable reporting solutions
• Performance Analytics: analyse Profit & Loss (P&L) and business performance data to support management reviews and strategic decision-making
• Dashboard Development: design and enhance interactive dashboards that enable department heads to monitor key metrics, trends, and performance indicators
• Process Automation: identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency through data-driven solutions
• Data Management: support data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on strategic initiatives, financial analyses, reporting enhancements, and other assignments as required

Who You Work With

The Strategy, Planning & Finance team partners business leaders across Global Markets to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic support. You'll work alongside finance professionals, analysts, and business stakeholders who leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions and monitor organisational performance. Through this role, you'll gain valuable exposure to how financial and business information supports the management of a dynamic Global Markets business.

Who You Are

• Open to learning and feedback
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Curious and interested in finance, business performance, and data analytics
• Comfortable working with large datasets and transforming data into meaningful insights
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with programming, database, or data management concepts
• Basic knowledge of VBA, Python, SQL, or similar technologies
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or other visualisation platforms would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
