The Salesforce Architect designs and governs the Salesforce ecosystem across Pluxee’s global business operations. As a senior technical expert, this role ensures the scalability, performance, and alignment of Salesforce architecture with Pluxee’s business strategies, data flows, and integration landscape. Working within the Enterprise Architecture team, the Salesforce Architect serves as the design authority for Salesforce platforms, driving innovation and best practices across solutions and markets.

Pluxee is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to take ownership of solution design for our complex Salesforce landscape in Germany and Austria (integrations with back-office systems, interfaces, etc.). This is a hands-on role: you define and validate solution designs and build in the org yourself, configuration, flows, prototypes and technical spikes, while leading and challenging consultants and admins and ensuring technical soundness and scalability of all projects. The Salesforce Solution Architect is a key function whose main objective is to serve as sparring partner to our DevOps Lead and Integration Architect while keeping the bigger integration landscape in view. 

Your next challenge 

• Act as Solution Design Authority for the DE & AT Salesforce org: Salesforce & integrations with HubSpot, Genesys, payment platforms & other back-end systems. 

• Define and validate solution designs for all Salesforce projects within DE & AT. 

• Prototype and implement solutions through configuration, flows and technical spikes, you prove your designs by building them, not only by documenting them. 

• Lead, challenge and provide governance for consultants and admins working on the DE & AT Salesforce org. set the technical direction, review their configuration and code in depth, and ensure delivery quality. 

• Be the sparring partner for the DevOps Lead and Integration Architect: co-develop concepts, with the DevOps Lead covering DevOps/Development, the Integration Architect owning cross-system interfaces, and you leading Solution Architecture. 

• Foster new or updated methodologies/processes/tools and drive change management for Salesforce solutions. 

• Own naming conventions, architecture guidelines, and technical user stories within the DE & AT Salesforce org. 

• Ensure quality, scalability, and reusability of solutions across the DE & AT Salesforce landscape. 

• Keep oversight of the complete integration landscape and system dependencies. 

You're a match 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce

• 3+ years of experience in CRM software development and solution architecture. 

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (HubSpot, Genesys or similar). 

• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. 

• Experience with integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware platforms, and data management. 

• Ability to lead and guide external consultants — setting technical direction, not just reviewing deliverables. 

• Good communication skills. 

• Proficient in German (C1) and English (B2).
