Job Description:

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Analyst . Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.
As a Program Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Air Force. You will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized team to keep the mission running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
• Coordinate with team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
• Interact with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
• Acts as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
• Provide out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
• May perform business development activities

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS or related years of experience.
• Business/program analysis experience.
• Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
• Skilled on VISA, SOFA and TESA requirements.
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite – specifically Excel.
• Knowledge of SharePoint desired.

Must achieve and maintain the Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) as defined in the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany. In order to qualify for TESA, the candidate must have one of the following:

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of specialized experience, OR

an Associate's degree plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR

A major certification plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR

11 years of specialized experience.

The likely salary range for this position is $70,658 - $76,130. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
