Salary: $146,000 - $248,200 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role
- Lead outpatient imaging operations and market growth strategies to achieve expansion targets, performance metrics, and quality initiatives for new centers and modality expansion.
- Develop and align data-driven clinical programs and strategies that optimize revenue opportunities and ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services.
- Partner with Radiologists and executive leadership to drive long-term outpatient imaging strategy, identify growth through exam potential, and enhance protocol efficiencies.
- Foster continuous performance improvement and talent development to ensure the continuity of clinical operations and successful implementation of new sites of service.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of cumulative experience, specifically including 2 years in top-level executive leadership (AVP, VP, or COO).
