Position Summary...
This role provides strategic leadership in shaping the organization's enterprise strategy, corporate development agenda, strategic initiatives, and business planning processes. The role identifies growth opportunities, evaluates market and competitive dynamics, and partners with senior leadership to drive long-term value creation, sustainable growth, and enterprise-wide transformation.
What you'll do...
This role leads the development of enterprise strategy and long-range plans by assessing market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. It drives strategic insights and recommendations that inform executive decision-making and help position the organization for future growth and competitive advantage.
The role supports corporate development activities, including the evaluation of strategic partnerships, investments, acquisitions, and portfolio opportunities. The role develops business cases, conducts strategic and financial analysis, and helps shape enterprise growth strategies.
The role leads high-impact strategic initiatives that advance enterprise priorities, strengthen organizational capabilities, and accelerate transformation. Working across functions, the role drives alignment, influences key stakeholders, and translates strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
The role also facilitates strategic and business planning processes, ensuring enterprise priorities are reflected in resource allocation, investment decisions, and operational plans. The role leverages data, analytics, and structured problem solving to improve decision-making, manage risk, and support long-term value creation.
As a leader on the team and in the organization, the role may contribute to workforce capability, talent development, and organizational culture by supporting learning, succession planning, engagement, and professional growth initiatives. It may also promote integrity, ethical practices, accountability, and continuous improvement while addressing complex business challenges and influencing positive outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelors, MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent project management experience
People management 3+ years
