Job Description
Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Credit Advisory professional to support Private Banking in delivering tailored lending solutions to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The successful candidate will partner closely with Front Office and Risk teams to structure credit facilities, assess risks, and drive timely execution while maintaining sound credit standards.
Responsibilities**
* Advise Relationship Managers on wealth lending and credit solutions for Private Banking clients.
* Structure and evaluate credit facilities, including Lombard lending and property-backed financing.
* Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit recommendations for approval.
* Monitor credit exposures and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies.
* Partner with stakeholders across Front Office, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to facilitate deal execution.
Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Credit Advisory, Credit Risk, Wealth Lending, or Private Banking.
* Strong understanding of credit underwriting, risk assessment, and wealth management products.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients is preferred* Familiarity with local and international banking regulations and credit guidelines.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of managing complex credit relationships and contributing to sound credit decisions.
* Holder of ECF on Private Wealth Management (PWM) accredited by Private Wealth Management Association is preferred
