Below is the job description for open position

Responsibilities

Data Management

  • Maintain the high quality of the data in Workday by performing regular data audits to identify and address data issues with the HR partner / HRIS Champions

  • Promote data awareness across the organization and ensure secure access to confidential data

  • Standardize HR processes and data in line with industry best practices, establishing a consistent foundation for accurate analytics and organizational effectiveness

  • Establish data governance standards and train business users on Workday Data Management, processes, and best practices

Business Support

  • Identify & translate relevant business and HR requirements into HRIS system

  • Monitor & report HR systems requests through JIRA ticket management tool, resolving issues or coordinating with the HRIS Manager OR external AMS provider

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, customized reports, scorecards, and HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making

Project Contribution & Change Management

  • Act as the key interface between Global and local HR teams, coordinating the scope, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of global HRIS initiatives

  • Drive digital transformation and adoption of digital HR tools to improve regional HR process efficiency and effectiveness

Qualification

  • 5 years of experience in HR Analytics, with hands-on Workday experience.

  • Masters / Bachelors in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and JIRA.

  • Experience in HRIS projects, change management, and process improvement.

  • Good knowledge of HR data, reporting, and governance.

  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Fluent English & French
