Below is the job description for open position
Responsibilities
Data Management
Maintain the high quality of the data in Workday by performing regular data audits to identify and address data issues with the HR partner / HRIS Champions
Promote data awareness across the organization and ensure secure access to confidential data
Standardize HR processes and data in line with industry best practices, establishing a consistent foundation for accurate analytics and organizational effectiveness
Establish data governance standards and train business users on Workday Data Management, processes, and best practices
Business Support
Identify & translate relevant business and HR requirements into HRIS system
Monitor & report HR systems requests through JIRA ticket management tool, resolving issues or coordinating with the HRIS Manager OR external AMS provider
Develop and maintain dashboards, customized reports, scorecards, and HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making
Project Contribution & Change Management
Act as the key interface between Global and local HR teams, coordinating the scope, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of global HRIS initiatives
Drive digital transformation and adoption of digital HR tools to improve regional HR process efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
5 years of experience in HR Analytics, with hands-on Workday experience.
Masters / Bachelors in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and JIRA.
Experience in HRIS projects, change management, and process improvement.
Good knowledge of HR data, reporting, and governance.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Fluent English & French
