Flowers is one of Germany’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS tech startups. As a Workflow Automation Platform orchestrating Deterministic Processes, Agents, and Humans for the German Mittelstand, we are redefining how companies manage their operational workflows.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (f/d/m) to elevate our brand presence and build a powerful B2B community. We are not looking for a traditional marketer who relies on manual execution and standard campaign templates. We need a high-leverage marketing builder and system architect who combines sharp storytelling, community building, and demand generation with modern AI engineering. Your mission is to build and own an automated, AI-powered social media machine that establishes Flowers as the undisputed thought leader for the Mittelstand and drives high-intent B2B pipeline. If you thrive in creating viral hooks as much as in configuring smart AI workflows, this is your play.

YOUR MISSION

• Scale Content with AI: Architect, deploy, and own AI-supported workflows (e.g., for copywriting, image generation, video repurposing) to efficiently scale high-quality content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram or Meta.

• Build B2B Community & Thought Leadership: Establish Flowers’ market position by building a highly engaged community around workflow automation. Position our founders and brand as industry pioneers through compelling messaging.

• Orchestrate Social Automation: Integrate, configure, and refine AI agents and tools for social listening, trend-scouting, and automated scheduling to eliminate manual processes in content planning.

• Drive Collaborative Distribution: Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to ensure high-reach organic content and regional campaigns generate maximum social buzz and convert traffic.

• Measure & Optimize Performance: Build tracking frameworks to rigorously analyze engagement rates, social ROI, and follower growth, utilizing A/B testing for formats and copy to drive data-driven results.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven Social Media Track Record: first hands-on experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech scale-ups, with a clear focus on the DACH market.

• AI & Automation Expertise: Practical experience utilizing generative AI (e.g., Claude, OpenAI,...) and automation tools to operate efficient, high-quality content pipelines.

• Strong Copywriting & Storytelling: Excellent feeling for language and B2B messaging. You know how to make complex technical software topics tangible for the Mittelstand. Native-level German skills and fluent English are a must.

• Platform & Algorithm Fluency: Deep understanding of modern social media algorithms and how to systematically hack organic reach and engagement.

• Data & Experimentation Driven: Strong analytical capabilities with a disciplined approach to evaluating strategies against core metrics and conversion goals rather than vanity metrics.
