As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration processes, managing integrations with various systems, and coordinating release activities to ensure smooth deployment. The position also involves establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across multiple teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to the daily workflow, ensuring the solution evolves effectively to meet organizational needs.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Technical Troubleshooting Continuous Learning Software Design Strategic Thinking Change and Transformation Digital and Technology Computer Programming Teamwork Secure Coding Practices Communication Test Automation Business Acumen Problem Solving Tools Risk and Controls.
- Strong expertise in performance testing methodologies and tools related to Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Experience in designing and executing load, stress, and performance tests for packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.
- Familiarity with integration testing and release management processes within SaaS environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex performance issues in distributed systems.
