Kitchen Team Member – Day Shift

Pay: $11–$16 per hour

Schedule: Part-time or full-time, approximately 20–40 hours per week

Daytime availability needed: Monday–Saturday

Location: 424 Cox Road, Gastonia, NC

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and assemble Chick-fil-A menu items according to quality standards
• Follow food-safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures
• Work in breading, cooking, food preparation, assembly, and support positions
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently during busy meal periods
• Stock ingredients and keep work areas organized
• Safely operate kitchen equipment after receiving proper training
• Communicate clearly and support your teammates
• Complete cleaning, stocking, and food-preparation responsibilities
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, accuracy, speed, and safety

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training and support you as you learn.

Availability Requirement

Applicants for this Day Shift position must be consistently available 5:15 AM - 2:00 PM three to five times a week
