Role summary:The (USA) Manager, Account Strategy leads the development and execution of omnichannel advertising campaigns, translating client marketing objectives into effective media strategies. This role involves monitoring campaign performance, optimizing results using data-driven insights, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery. The manager also drives client onboarding, resolves integration challenges, and builds strategic business plans. By leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights, this position supports revenue growth and continuous improvement while mentoring team members and upholding company values and ethical standards.
About the team:
The Manager, Account Strategy leads a team of three Account Strategists and four Partner Managers, combining operational and strategic expertise to manage legacy campaigns and accounts. This role supports a major enterprise food supplier, providing exposure to dynamic campaigns and initiatives. The team collaborates closely to develop and execute media strategies, optimize campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights. Working cross-functionally, they ensure alignment with client goals and business objectives while fostering continuous improvement and innovation in advertising solutions. The team values accountability, data-driven decision-making, and effective partnership to drive successful outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns across managed and self-service platforms to meet client marketing objectives.
- Translate client goals into actionable media strategies using Walmart Connect’s advertising solutions.
- Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and optimization to ensure achievement of key performance indicators.
- Analyze campaign data and digital metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and client onboarding processes.
- Build joint business plans with clients using forecasting tools and customer insights.
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in developing and executing omnichannel media strategies aligned with client marketing goals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience applying digital metrics such as incrementality, ROAS, and CTR to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to effectively communicate, internally and externally, the enables strategic outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration across advertising technology platforms.
- Experience building and maintaining strategic client and agency relationships to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in leveraging customer insights and forecasting tools to create actionable business plans.
- Effective leadership skills including mentoring, coaching, and performance management of team members.

The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
