You will help customers, answer phones, check in groups, help with birthday parties and events, assist with reservations, and help keep the building running smoothly.
This is a great fit for someone with experience in customer service, restaurants, retail, hospitality, front desk work, or events who wants something more fun than a typical job.
What You Will Do
• Greet and check in customers
• Answer phones and customer questions
• Help with reservations, birthday parties, and events
• Process payments
• Help organize groups before their games
• Assist other team members during busy shifts
• Help solve basic customer problems
• Keep customer areas organized and ready
• Help make sure every group has an awesome experience
